A parking package is available exclusively for maternity patients at a flat rate of €60. It is valid for five consecutive days, or 120 hours.

By bus, the American Hospital of Paris can be reached from Paris and the surrounding area via bus routes 82, 93, 163, 164 and 174.
By metro, the hospital can be reached via metro lines 1 and 3:
- Line 1 – Porte Maillot station: take bus 82 to the “Hôpital Américain” terminus.
- Line 1 – Pont de Neuilly station: take bus 93 to the “Hôpital Américain” stop.
- Line 3 – Pont de Levallois station: the hospital is approximately a 15-minute walk from the station.
